The Vans Authentic<\/strong> is a true classic and exemplifies everything that Vans stands for. In the past, Vans has used a canvas material for most of their Authentic models. However, we’ve seen a variety of different materials and designs for this 1966 classic recently. Earlier this month, we showed you a very uniquely-modeled hemp version of the Authentic, which is a new change to a classic shoe. This summer, the Authentic makes a return in new materials.<\/p>\n In the three pairs slated to release later this summer, it is obvious that Vans took a much more classy approach in deciding colors and materials. Each sneaker in the California Authentic collection utilizes a combination of smooth and textured leather in colorways that include tan\/blue, white\/red, and black\/red.
