Adding to its already prolific roster of collegiate partners, the brand is extending its reach with UCLA. The brand and the Bruins kick off the deal starting in July 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deal comes months after the school&#8217;s current sponsor, Under Armour, decided to end its relationship early. The Bruins and Under Armour agreed to a 15-year deal back in 2016 that took effect in 2017. Under Armour, however, recently pulled out of the $280 million deal. UA gear and equipment will be used for the rest of the 2020-2021 academic year. Prior to that, adidas sponsored the university. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The agreement comprises all 25 of UCLA\u2019s varsity sports teams as Nike will supply each with uniforms, apparel, and equipment, with\u00a0Jordan Brand outfitting\u00a0the football and men\u00a0and women\u2019s basketball programs.
