Ermias Joseph Asghedom, known widely as Nipsey Hussle<\/strong>, was shot and killed on Sunday, March 31, 2019.<\/p>\n

The rapper was outside of his Marathon Clothing store located in South Los Angeles in a place that he transformed and gave back to the community as a means of economic empowerment in hopes of prosperity.<\/p>\n

Nipsey Hussle was more than just a rapper who began selling his mixtape for $100 and sold over 1,000 copies in a matter of hours. He was more than a record label founder. He was more than a Rap Album of the Year Nominee at this year’s Grammy’s.<\/p>\n

Nipsey Hussle was a champion of the people raised by the streets and celebrated and adored by so many. He was a father. A brother, A husband. An entrepreneur. An activist. A winner.<\/p>\n
