Now more than a month removed from 2018, sales trends from the past 12 months are beginning to surface revealing the most purchased sneakers of the last fiscal year. NPD Group<\/a>, for which this data has been provided, tallies not units sold but the total dollar amount from various big box retailers.<\/p>\n Nike’s unrelenting dominance continues as it did in 2017. Among the top ten best-selling sneakers of last year, Nike and its subsidiaries account for 80%. Their forceful trio that includes the company mothership, Jordan Brand and Converse, holistically engulf sneaker sales with a clinching grip. Few expect that to change in 2019.<\/p>\n
