\nShoe: Air Jordan VI<\/p>\n
No team in the history of the game of baseball has been more storied than the New York Yankees. Some of the greatest of all time suited up in the navy pinstripes, but no one, until Derek Jeter, was named the MVP of the mid-season classic. A top-of-the-ninth 3 run rally by the American League gave the AL the edge and Jeter’s performance going 3-3 driving in 2 runs and scoring one himself helped earn him All Star MVP honors. For this special event, Jordan Brand had a special edition cleated version of the Air Jordan VI made for Derek which is represented on the Jordan Jeter Throwback by the molded ankle.<\/p>\n
