The Nike Air Force 2 Low borrows inspiration from the classic Foamposite One basketball shoe that became popular amongst Penny Hardaway fans. Nike SB is no stranger to using influence from popular basketball shoes, which is essentially how the SB Dunk line was started in the first place.

The Foamposite rendition of the silhouette is supposedly a part of a “Rivals Pack,” which is rumored to be between Hardaway’s iconic duals against MJ, which could be the SB Dunk High “Bred” iteration that was recently previewed. The “Neon Royal” colorway of this shoe is reminiscent of the Orlando Magic’s team tones, featuring a similar molded shell as the classic basketball silhouette. The shoe also includes the mesh tongue accent with a translucent outsole to round out the hoops heritage design.
