The Zoom Kobe V was first received rather poorly by many readers, who viewed it as too similar to the Zoom Kobe IV. We’ve also seen a number of colorways from IV be transplanted on the V, only furthering the comparisons. For this newest colorway, the “Draft Day” color-up is now seen on the new silhouette.

Pearl white covers the upper’s Flywire panels and forefoot. Teal is borrowed from the tea, that first drafted Kobe, the Charlotte Hornets, and appears on the Swoosh, heel and outsole. Finally, bits of purple are used on the liner, Swoosh outline and the tongue logo.

|
