When a shoe’s design, colors and materials go together perfectly, you may say the process was “seemless.” New Balance is taking that concept literally for their 574 “Sonic” pack though, as all three shoes have been done with minimal stitching appearing only at structural points.

The process involves using heat and pressure to meld parts together, which explains how they were able to use both mesh and nubuck without thread. This pack will be available in Fall or Winter of this year in these simple color-ups. Because of how they’re made, all three use a single color upper, in black, grey or brown, with the white midsole and a bit of color on the heel breaking things up.

|
