When the 2009-2010 season started, all signs pointed to Allen Iverson dressing in red and suiting up as a Western Conference All-Star player. Four games or so in, A.I. was dreading his decision to go to Memphis and became a free agent. He’d later end up back in Philadelphia, meaning this season he’ll play aside LeBron James and crew on the Eastern team, assuming the nostalgic fan vote can make him an All-Star, that is.

These Reebok Answer XIIIs were created for his roster spot on the West obviously, as they use an all red upper with hits of white on the midsole. Given Philadelphia’s red on their jerseys, there’s a chance we still may see these in action during the regular season, but you’ll have to imagine them in blue until we see an “Eastern” version for February.

|
