Converse took a big step with their Converse Weapon when they dropped the updated Weapon EVO in the last year, having updated it with new technology more suitable for today’s NBA. The Weapon 86 also returned, making sure that we didn’t forget our roots. Two new color-ups of the classic version have hit retailers in black and blue and black and red combinations.

Bird and Magic won’t be seen battling in these on the court, but maybe each can wear one color on their book promotion tour. Both pairs use black leather for the mid- and forefoot, with the contrast color on the heel. Red or grey-blue is available, appearing on the woodgrain leather and contrast stitching.

|
