The 16.5 has grown into the non-signature favorite Jordan it seems, as readers continually show support for it. Of course, when Dwyane Wade is wearing Heat-inspired colorways of it in Kicks on Court, it should come as no surprise. But this next color-up, the “Cool Grey,” will definitely challenge anything D-Wade will sport this season.

These released this past weekend at House of Hoops and select Foot Lockers, flying beyond under the radar. The colorway comes straight from the Air Jordan XI “Cool Grey,” which fans continue to beg for year after year. The toe and heel are both done in patent leather, while nubuck and durable mesh complete the upper. White laces match the AJ17-inspired eyelets and and midsole, and a chrome trim piece on the heel finishes them off. Of course, what would a “Cool Grey” color-up be without a crystal clear outsole?

And if you’re wondering how these might perform on the court, click here to check our in-depth Performance Review.

|
