Following a less than stellar retro campaign last year – which was well documented – Nike continues to push forward with more releases of its heritage-based Cortez. Later this month they’ll release Kendrick Lamar’s collaborative pair and, soon after, maybe this fragment design x Nike Cortez.

Previewed today by the brand’s fearless leader, Hiroshi Fujiwara, the shoe is largely produced in white and cream with smooth translucent mesh paneling. Suede overlays at the toe and heel add depth to the beloved left coast centric shoe which also sees exposed Flywire cables over FGMT script.

At the moment it’s unclear whether this is an upcoming retail release or a sample of some kind. Stay tuned for more.
