Jordan Brand<\/strong>, in its genius, knows that releasing the Air Jordan 1<\/a> will forever be one of their greatest gifts and equally successful from a business standpoint. They also know that there are only so many OG colorways to go around – all of which will always leave the culture in a frenzy when they return to retailers. So aside from re-releasing them over and over again, how do you navigate continued interest surrounding the shoe?<\/p>\n

Well here’s what you do: create variations of those OGs with subtle yet striking differences. The Air Jordan 1 “Game Royal”<\/strong> is exactly that. It’s essentially a riff on the “Chicago” OG, replacing the Varsity Red overlays with a Game Royal substitute.<\/p>\n
