While it wouldn’t be fair to proclaim that the new-look Oklahoma City Thunder are struggling, it’s more apt to suggest that they’re still finding their bearings. By adding the likes of Carmelo Anthony and Paul George, the team’s entire outlook has been reconstructed. The latter, George, currently averaging right at 20 points per contest is hoping to finally touch the NBA Finals for the first time. He had the unfortunate luck of bumping heads with LeBron James – to no avail – much of his career.

PG13 has appeared in all of his OKC games in his first signature silhouette – the Nike PG1. And while George has largely donned PEs in Thunder hues, inline releases of his shoe continue to shake tradition. This non-conforming Black/Gold colorway is due in stores on November 18. It’s certainly less overt than past pairs but evenly exciting for on-court wears. Grab a better look below and share your thoughts.

Colorway: Black/University GoldNike PG1
