Reebok hasn’t had a big hoops sneaker in years, but in an attempt to channel success of years past, a revamped Kamikaze has been prepared for 2010 with new technology and a new look. If you recall from our Player Profiles feature, Shawn Kemp wore both the Kamikaze and Kamikaze II in the nineties with great results.

Both of the old Kamikaze models utilized simple black and white color blocking, but the 2010 take has added some color in, along the with aforementioned technology, which includes anti-friction lining, traditional herringbone outsole, custom stability foot plate and molding foam in the midsole. The upper features leather and mesh, which should help with breathability when these drop. No word on when they’ll hit the hardwood just yet, but if and when they do, can you see yourself playing these?

|
