Don&#8217;t get it twisted though, as caring as he is away from the hardwood, the man is straight nasty on the court.<\/p>\n<p>Smooth as a scorer but still capable of going into beast mode, KD flipped the switch as the poster boy for candid kindness as he put boys on posters during the Western Conference Finals. Dismantling the Dallas Mavericks, who would eventually go on to win the NBA Finals, Kevin Durant proved to no longer be the boy up next, but better yet the man of the moment as he nabbed his first NBA Scoring Title and the respect of all peers.<\/p>\n<p>His weapons of choice? Wearing the Nike KD 4 &#8212; which most would consider to be the best model in his still growing signature legacy &#8212; Durant led the Thunder through the Western Conference Playoffs in heroic fashion.<\/p>\n<p>Sweeping the defending champs from Dallas, putting out Kobe and the Lakers and even overthrowing Timmy&#8217;s Spurs, the stage was set for a showdown against LeBron James and the new look Miami Heat.
