words \/\/ Nick DePaula:<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Several NBA players from around the league have teamed up to support the production of Hoops Africa, and donated their own game-worn and autographed sneakers to help fund the documentary chronicling the rise of basketball across the continent.<\/p>\n Produced by former league office employee Taylor Sharp<\/a>, the Hoops Africa doc follows young players along through Zimbabwe and South Africa as they also learn life lessons through sports. The mini-documentary also highlights the NBA’s first game to take place in Africa in 2015, with player and league executive interviews from the inaugural matchup.<\/p>\n Carmelo Anthony, Bradley Beal, Stephen Jackson, Ty Lawson and Bismack Biyombo are just some of the players to contribute pairs, which can be purchased along the righthand sidebar of the Hoops Africa Seed&Spark page<\/a>.<\/p>\n Check out all of the available autographed pairs ahead, and also be sure to check out the trailer video for the “Hoops Africa” documentary below.<\/p>\n
