October was an amazing month for quality sneaker releases, and today we look back at some of the best. Did you cop any gems from October? From winter-ready Lunar Forces to top-of-the-line adidas packs, check out the best sneaker releases of October.

Our eyes might be glued to the “Friday the 13th” LeBron 13, but we can’t ignore the release of the “On Court” pair last month. While many thought King James would debut these on opening night, he actually took to the court in this pair against his former team, the Miami Heat, a few nights ago.

Was there a more anticipated release during the month of October? Not quite.

Nike unveiled and released its latest Air Jordan 1 Pinnacle makeup in the form of a “Brown Croc” aesthetic. Authentic 24K gold accents pair with crocodile-embossed premium leather, making this one of the most luxurious Pinnacle offerings yet.

While adidas is busy at work prepping Damian Lillard’s second signature shoe, new colorways of his existing, primary shoe released in mid-October. Both the “Rip City” rendition and “Road” colorways are solid, but the former stands out with its white, grey and metallic silver finish.

The Nike Lunar Force 1 arrived just in time for the winter season. Reinforced with some sturdy, intricate details, such as waterproof materials on the upper and d-ring lacing on the top of the collar, we see why this Force was a hit amongst consumers especially on the East Coast.

One of the better overseas releases of October, Reebok Classics paired with German-based brand Beastin on the rarely-used Pump Omni Lite. Dubbed the “Quiet Storm,” this pair paid tribute to the ’90s hip hop sailing jackets as well as the 70’s ‘Martini’ race car design.

Plush suede, breathable mesh grey/tan hues and speckled midsoles made up the collaborative Air Max 94s between Nike and UK retailer size? They were highly sought-after – and rightfully so – as the color schemes are perfect for the winter season

To celebrate the three-year anniversary of Bait, the well-known brand linked with Hasbro and New Balance to portray the life-long rivalry between Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes. The MT580 was the shoe of choice – a silhouette not many dislike.

adidas called upon the Horween Leather Company – founded in 1905 – to piece together the Stan Smith and Stan Smith Mid. This pack was highly coveted for one, main reason: quality materials.

The classic white/powder blue color scheme looks good on all Jordans, so it doesn’t come as a surprise that sneaker heads flocked to the store when this AJ1 arrived. Also, this AJ1 colorway had never been retored in true High form.

Nike undoubtedly released one of the cleanest Foamposite Pros in the form of this “Winter White” pair in early October. Could an all-white Pro be on the horizon though?
