Not too long ago we showed you some pics of the the Nike Zoom Kobe IV “Lower Merion” and you ate up the ode to Kobe’s alma mater. And although it seems a lot of you are tired of the Kobe IV, more detailed pics have surfaced of this limited release.

Available now at Kix Files, this Nike model uses a maroon, silver and white make-up. The silver on the toe, collar and heel is actually 3M reflective material, seen recently on the Jordan 5 DMP “Toro Bravo.” These colors are, of course, Lower Merion’s school colors. In a rarely seen move by Nike, the school’s actual mascot appears on the heel. Interestingly enough, the school’s official name for its team is the “Aces,” but they use the Bulldog as their mascot and logo.

Kobe has never strayed from his high school routes, having led his team to a state championship before making the jump to the NBA. As one of the cleaner Kobe designs, do these have you excited, or are you too overwhelmed with the Zoom Kobe IV at this point?

|
