words // Darren Griffin:

New York-based menswear label Public School continues their partnership with Jordan Brand through a new offering today. Following their work earlier this year on the Friends and Family Air Jordan 10, Maxwell Osborne and Dao-Yi Chow apply their talents to the Jordan Melo M11, giving the shoe a very unique New York City inspired palette. Looking to the MTA Metrocard for creative fuel, the Public School x Jordan Melo M11 “Melo Card” features an entirely yellow base with perforations at the paneling cut in the shape of NYC. A speckled brown midsole offers a nod to the grimy subway platform noted beneath the city’s surface, while blue eyelets finish the look with more inspiration from the MTA Metrocard.

There are no current plans for this shoe to release at retail, so take a look here at the Public School x Jordan Melo M11 “Melo Card”.

Public School x Jordan Melo M11 “Melo Card”
