T-Mac back? At only 19 years of age, Andrew Wiggins has already drawn comparisons to the silky shooter, gotten props from Kobe and has had his name dropped in a Drake hook. Making good on all the nods, the springy swingman from The 6 has stayed winning, boosting his collection of trophies over All-Star Weekend by taking home the Rising Stars Challenge MVP award– a first for a rookie since Kyrie Irving in 2012.

Make no mistake though, Andrew Wiggins is not the second coming of any of the aforementioned All-Stars– he’s got his own grouping of gifts with his own game and his own name. Relentless on both sides of the ball, he’s also consistent on and off the court when it comes to style. We recently caught up with the T-Dot dunker to hear what he’s rocking these days for the latest installment of My 5.

Andrew Wiggins: “[Debuting those] just shows the love they’ve got for me. I got the opportunity [to debut] them and I ran with it and I appreciate it. The 2014 Boosts feel great, but these feel a lot better. The cushioning and everything about them feels really good.”

Andrew Wiggins: “It’s got that Minnesota blue. I’ve never really seen them outside my closet before, I’ve never seen anyone else wear that same shoe. I wore the Crazy 8 in college but I was always a big Shelltoes fan.”

Andrew Wiggins: “I wear those for my games. I probably like the “Black History Month” ones the best.”

Andrew Wiggins: “They’re kind of like the Big Sean ones, but more of the newer, clean ones. I can match them with a lot of different stuff because they’re all-black.”

Andrew Wiggins: “They’re self explanatory! The Yeezys are the Yeezys and will always be the Yeezys. I’ve met Kanye before. He’s one of the most influential people on this planet and that’s great for the whole adidas organization. With those type of shoes you can wear them with anything and they’ll always look good.”

T-Mac back?
