Shabazz Muhammad<\/strong> has been in the national spotlight since he was a teenager. Better dress right. The 90’s baby, former Naismith Prep Player of the Year and UCLA standout has been tailoring his game in the larger of the two Twin Cities, adding a\u00a030 point game to his roundball resume and more during his recently shortened yet still impressive sophomore season.<\/p>\n

Off the court you could say he’s been flourishing too, as Bazz boasts one of the better My 5<\/em><\/a> rotations we’ve seen in a minute. We caught up with the smooth swingman\u00a0at All-Star Weekend to hear his fashionable favorites of the moment.<\/p>\n

adidas Stan Smith<\/h2>\n

Shabazz Muhammad:<\/strong> “I like the White\/Greens. Those are the ones I love, the classic ones. I’ve seen a couple guys rock them different ways, but I like to wear them with light jeans for kind of a dressy look. You can break them out in the winter, too. I have like three or four pairs, so if one pair is beat up I can go to another pair. They remind me of the Shelltoes but they have a little more style to me.”<\/p>\n

Shabazz Muhammad:<\/strong> “I love those. They gave them to me on Friday [of All-Star Weekend] and they’re great. Obviously my teammate Zach Levine is in the Dunk Contest and I’m throwing him a couple oops. I think that’d be pretty dope to wear those when I’m throwing him a couple oops on TNT. I like how they feel. I think with light jeans those look really good or with designer sweats. That’s something I really can’t wait to dress up. I can’t wait to start wearing those, they’re really comfortable.”<\/p>\n

Shabazz Muhammad:<\/strong> “I love these. They’re really comfortable and you can wear them either dressy or casual. That’s something that’s really good, especially on a comfort level.”<\/p>\n

Shabazz Muhammad:<\/strong> “I actually wore those yesterday and everybody was like, ‘What are those? Those look weird!’ [Laughs<\/em>] I’m the kind of guy that likes designer stuff and I’m into that fashion world. That’s something that I look forward to and they’re sweet to wear. [Adidas] sent me pairs of those and we actually got an e-mail where we got to pick out a couple of those and the Raf Simons adidas– I really like those too, those are really dope. They’re pretty much always hooking us up at adidas and that’s why I love this brand.”<\/p>\n

“I like the Paneled High Tops and the Arenas. The Arenas you can wear with anything and the Paneled High Tops are really good. I think the Paneled High Tops are much harder to get and I like wearing the exclusive stuff that guys can’t get– that’s something I look forward to when I’m picking out a shoe. I usually rock those with distressed or ripped jeans and a t-shirt. Those are pretty much a classic that you can wear anytime you want. My favorite pair are my grey snakeskin ones. They go with everything. I pack those when I go somewhere like All-Star Weekend because you can wear those anywhere around.”<\/p>\n
