Well, that escalated quickly.<\/em> Earlier in the week SolesBySir and Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch showcased an elaborate tonal gold custom of the Nike Vapor Speed model, that Lynch hoped to wear in the NFC Championship game against the Green Bay Packers.<\/p>\n

Prior to kickoff, Jay Glazer of Fox Sports reported that the NFL informed\u00a0Lynch that if he took the field in the gold custom cleats, he would subsequently be ejected and potentially incur a suspension if the Seahawks were to advance to Super Bowl XLIX.<\/p>\n

Going forward, it\u2019ll be interesting to see how the NFL continues to enforce its strict uniform policies due to the proliferation of custom kicks. Nonetheless, tune-in this Tuesday for a\u00a0special Championship edition of Gridiron Kicks.<\/p>\n
