Although the Heat led by a resurgent Dwyane Wade took down the visiting Cavs in their Christmas Day showdown, playing in the game alone was a dream come true for the likes of Kyrie Irving. Having long desired to lace-up on December 25th, Irving’s ambition and drive led him down the right path – one that he now paves with his own signature shoe, the Nike Kyrie 1. Yet, in lieu of breaking out what would have been a masterfully symbolical ode to the Kyrie 1 “Dream,” the Duke alum instead opted for a PE version with some timely holiday inspiration. Adorned in a similar underlay as the “Dream,” this colorway utilizes a festive green Hyperfuse coating which rest atop a translucent blue outer. Contrasting pink blends well throughout the Swoosh branding and patterned insole, finishing the look of this Kyrie 1 “Christmas” PE. Give them a glance below and be on the lookout for the Nike Kyrie 1 “Deceptive Red” release on January 10th.
