Wrapping up the month of August, Snkrs Day Staff Picks once again features a wide array of choices, from heavy hitters to quieter kicks. This slimmed down version of my favorite silhouette, the Air Max 1, would be a sleek option to pair with some leggings.”

Nike Air Trainer Huarache “Dark Emerald”

“This colorway is a classic. I hope the Air Trainer Huarache 94 drops soon as well!”

Air Jordan 4 “Oreo” Remastered

“You get what you pay for, and I have no problem saving up for a pricier Air Jordan if it means the quality will be on point. I’m a super fan of Jordan Brand stepping back and remastering their retros, but out of the seven pairs that were previewed at the event, only the Air Jordan 4 “Oreo” sparks my interest. But man, I haven’t been this excited about an Air Jordan since the “Concords.” I can’t wait for 2015.”

Footwear Flashback: Nike Air Huarache 2K4

“One time for worldwide George for paying homage to one of my favorite sneakers of all time. Ten years later, there is still not too many sneakers that can compare to its perfect blend of design and performance.”

adidas Consortium Primeknit Pure Boost

“The adidas Pure Boost is one of the comfiest kicks on the market, and with the addition of a Primeknit upper, these have to be even comfier.”

Nike Flyknit Roshe Run

“The stitching on these are pretty cool looking. Hopefully they’ll feel as good as they look.”

Nike Air Huarache “Scream Green”

“Never do I double up on sneakers, but this is one instance that makes me at least think twice about it.” éS Accel

“Being a skater, the things you look for in a good skate shoe are: Durabilty, grip (board feel), and comfort. The éS Accel is all of these. Dare I say this was THE best skate shoe ever made. I think I had maybe four pairs (all thoroughly skated in). That being said, I’m extremely excited that these are being brought back. Not to mention the fact that they are bringing back the two best colorways. Black and Gum, and my personal favorite, the Brown “Bling Bling”, as we used to call it in my crew back in high school. Klein Krew WAGWAN!”

Wrapping up the month of August, Snkrs Day Staff Picks once again features a wide array of choices, from heavy…

[1342,742
1209741,1225545

2":"type-post

Allison Halfhill
