Between Kobe Bryant\u2019s official endorsement with the Lakers and Jason Kopono\u2019s wear with the Bruins, the bright yellow basketball shoe beams with LA nostalgia. To kick off the retro release of this iconic model, adidas<\/strong> has teamed up with Shoe Palace<\/strong> and the LA Leakers<\/strong> for a special launch event.<\/p>\n

On December 26th, Shoe Palace at Lakewood Mall will host a launch event for those eager to score the first pair of \u201cSunshine\u201d Crazy 1s. The LA Leakers will be on hand from noon to 2 PM, playing tracks from their 13 Years Later<\/em> mixtape, which pays tribute to the West Coast music scene back when the kicks originally released.
