This all looks too familiar yet so different.

Toronto Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan seems to be picking up right where he left off last season. If you recall, DeRozan began the 2012-2013 NBA season in 15 different Air Jordans throughout the Raptors’ first 20 games of the season, and many of them were firsts in regards to being seen on court. Last night, he reminded us of that first month of last season.

In a loss to Atlanta, DeRozan dropped 31 points in an Air Jordan 5 “Blackout” sample. The shoe is comprised of an all-black nubuck base, a black bottom and a black tongue, which also features a Jumpman logo of the same color. Does this shoe look familiar? We’ve seen this “Blackout” sample in the collections of our last two Sneak Peek subjects.
