“My collection started with Attack Force<\/strong> and Avia<\/strong>, but I didn\u2019t know any better at the time, until ’95 when those Air Jordan 10s<\/strong> came out! My collection is deep (could be deeper if my house wasn\u2019t broken into one year and burned down another), and mostly consist of Nikes. I go for quality over quantity. I rock what I like, and not what everyone else hypes up. Ewing\u2019s<\/strong>, Reeboks<\/strong>, Fusions<\/strong>, if I like it I buy it. And if I couldn\u2019t get it back then, I\u2019m damn sure going to cop it now!”<\/p>\n

Collection Starter:<\/strong> Air Jordan 10 “Powder Blue”<\/h3>\n

“These “Powder Blue” 10s<\/strong> came out at Just For Feet<\/em> in Olathe, Kansas in 1995. I remember seeing the commercial for them and feeling love at first sight. I was a size 7 and they cost $74.99. I had to convince Mom and Pops that I was worth my first pair of Jordan’s! I found these this year in my size and scooped them up immediately and had them restored.”<\/p>\n

Personal Favorite<\/strong> Nike Air Max LeBron VII “China Moon”<\/h3>\n

“These “China Moon” Lebron 7s<\/strong>. I don’t know what it about the 7s, but that\u2019s when I started to love the LeBron collection. The “China Moons”<\/strong> seem to be pretty rare and sought after, which makes me having a pair so much better. The gold and white just screams royality!”<\/p>\n

Most Frequent Wear:<\/strong> Nike Zoom Vick 3<\/h3>\n

“I\u2019ve always been a Mike Vick<\/strong> fan, and I actually have his first shoe from 04\u2019, but when these dropped I had to have them. I saw them on eBay for $60 and scooped them on up for a everyday kick around. They look fly no matter what you put on with them!”<\/p>\n

Most Rare Pair:<\/strong> Nike Air Foamposite One “Paranorman”<\/h3>\n

“Paranorman Foams<\/strong>. Now, I’ve been messing with Foams since (Mike) Bibby<\/strong> put them on, but I only get the ones that I like. I’m not the most Internet savvy guy, and I don\u2019t have a Twitter or Facebook, but when I found out only 800 hundred pairs were going to be made, and I love zombies, I had to have them! I traded 4 pairs of Foams for these (metallic red, dark neon royal, gem green, and pearl<\/em>), and I don\u2019t regret it one bit.”<\/p>\n

Oldest Pair:<\/strong> OG Air Jordan 12 “Taxi”<\/h3>\n

“These are actually my second oldest pair. Jordan dropped five OG colorways, and I already had the “Obsidians”<\/strong>. Good thing these drop again this year, because this is the only pair of “Taxis”<\/strong> I own.”<\/p>\n
