Every sunny season, the brands drop some of their best new silhouettes, retro releases, and collaborative efforts that are sometimes forgotten by the end of the summer, let alone year. This summer, however, proved to be more packed than previous summers with balanced heat from Jordan Brand, Nike, Reebok and many others. While releases such as the “Grape” 5s, the “Fire Red” 3s and the “Shadow Grey” 1s were welcomed, it was the three-sneaker “Fear” Pack that garnered the most interest. However, it’s one of the better and most underrated releases from adidas this year. Yes, really. This Hyperposite was easily one of the best shoes worn on Christmas Day (by Rajon Rondo). Who knew we’d have a chance to purchase it. We’ve seen a number of camouflage-based shoes over the years, but we have not seen one featuring shoes as detailed and intricate as those in this collection. They sent size 22 Mutombos to various outlets, they made Dikembe available for interviews and Google+ hangouts, and they took over multiple websites with a finger-wagging cursor.
