A$AP Rocky x Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals Wings 2.0 “Black Flag”
\n“I never would have thought I could use the phrase “subtle detailing” while describing a Jeremy Scott, but with this collab it makes sense. Typically, it is Matt who is a huge fan of the loud, in your face designs that Scott is known for, not me. This collab, however, nails it with it’s perfect representation of both JS and A$AP Rocky’s individual styles. Bravo.”

Nike Dunk High Premium SP “3M Snake”
\n“I love the simplicity of the “3M Snake” Dunk. Black and grey is one of my favorite color schemes, and the snake print on the Swoosh is a nice, subtle touch. ”

CLOT x Nike Air Max 1 SP
\n“My pick this week is the CLOT x Nike Air Max 1 SP. The AM1 is my favorite shoe of all-time, but I really like the Hyperfuse iterations because they look so futuristic with the fused upper and new mesh toebox. The CLOT is a clean and simple design with the classic combination of cool grey, white, and ice blue. The green accents really complement the shoe and I like the call-out to the CLOT Air Max 1 NL with the similarly designed insole and bare foot illustration on the outsole.”

Nike Kobe 8 “Pit Viper”
\n“I still do not own a pair of Kobe 8s. I know, it’s a problem. Maybe, however, I’ve just been unknowingly waiting for this “Pit Viper” colorway to catch my eye. Here’s hoping this colorway hits shelves in the near future.”

Nike Air Max LeBron VII “Inside\/Out Big Bang” Custom
\n“I know I’m not the only one excited for the LeBron line to retro and this custom by Smooth Tip Productions provides an idea on just how creative the next batch could get. It’s awesome to see how good the artists that create customs are getting and its definitely pushing the big brands to step their game up and bring their best. Kudos to all the great customizers out there.”

Nike Flyknit Lunar 1+ Black\/Grey-Red
\n“Lately, every shoe featuring a Flyknit upper has garnered my attention. From Flyknit chukkas to Flyknit Free Runs, I feel that it is without a doubt one of the greatest innovations technologies of the last decade. My only gripe has been that there hasn’t been a pair to release donning a black outsole. Problem solved.”

\n“LeBron 11 fan here. I passed on every LeBron thus far, but I doubt I’ll pass on this one. Won’t see this one hit the states until late November, but don’t worry, I’ll wait.”

\n“Thank you Megatron for finally getting the Lions some love. I’m a fan of the Detroit CJ81’s strap and double logos. I can see this being a shoe that retros 20 years from now, just like Barry’s Nike Zoom Turf.”

\n“I’m really feeling Nike’s latest quick strike, the Lunar Fly306. My favorite part of this shoe has to be the Velcro strap across the mid-foot that boasts what I believe to be the greatest tagline in history, “Just Do It.” across the top in bold fashion.
