Everybody was excited for the Air Jordan 13s to return in 2004. At only six years since their initial release, the model was familiar to the whole market and still loaded with both shoe store and hardwood nostalgia. Leading off with the \u201cWheats,\u201d though? Not necessarily a popular pick. Between being a non-OG colorway and leaning very lifestyle at that, the “Wheats” went against the grain and weren\u2019t for everybody. Almost nine years later with the launch of the \u201cHazelnut\u201d LeBron Xs and Timberlands trending once again, the \u201cWheat\u201d 13s are looking pretty good and we’re feeling pretty silly for passing on them. Maybe we were hard on them the first time, but we weren\u2019t the only ones.
