In a week filled with upcoming release information and memorable sneaker stories, choosing our?Snkrs Day Staff Picks was not an easy task. Ranging from Asian exclusives to general releases, this week?s staff picks is filled with a lot of great looking sneakers. Scroll through and let us know what your picks for the week were.

George Kiel III

I still do not own a pair of Penny Vs, but I may have to get a colorway soon. This “Invisibility Cloak” pair replaces the “Tour Yellow” pair as my favorite so far.

Nike Air Penny V “Invisibility Cloak” I’m a huge fan of Janoskis, and this “Crystal Mint” colorway is perfect for January in Texas. It already looks like there will be a lot to love from Nike SB in 2013.

Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski “Crystal Mint” After much anticipation, the Harlem GLC came out very nice. The premium materials and unorthodox details make the shoe something that is sure to stand out. It’s not often that the final product surpasses the initial buzz of a sneaker, but this shoe does that.

Teyana Taylor x adidas Originals Harlem GLC Asia always has the best limited edition collabs and the Stussy Japan Sk8-Hi is a great example. I love the print they used because it’s subtle and the way they fit it on the upper looks sharp. Throw on the white midsole and the red/orange accent stripe and you’ve got a banger.

Stussy Japan x Vans Sk8-Hi “Year of the Snake” Wearing Timberlands with shorts and low socks may look cool in the summer, but it will do a job on your ankles (trust me). These ?Wheat? Busenitz provide the perfect alternative, sporting Samba styling and skate-ready padding. This makeup is worthy of year round rotation in Austin and perhaps a pickup.

adidas Busenitz Wheat/Metallic Gold 90s retro sneaker, African cultural accents, red, black, and white colorway? I’m all over these!

adidas Mutombo

Brett Pickert

I’ve recently purchased a pair of the Under Armour Charge BB and I absolutely love them. I don’t care what anyone else says, they’re a great basketball shoe. Would I wear them off the court casually? No, but it would be sick if they put a Gamecock on these kicks.

Under Armour “Pride of Maryland” PEs

[742
1209741,1225545

2":"type-post
