We call them Uptowns in the D.C. area. I wanted them so bad because you can wear them with anything, so I didn&#8217;t have to wear a lot of different clothes to match my shoes.?I remember getting my first pair of Air Force 1s. It was a very special moment because growing up, that was the &#8220;in&#8221; shoe. Everybody had Air Force 1s in the D.C. area.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>Air Jordan XV<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Michael Beasley<\/strong>: &#8220;Jordans really got me into collecting shoes more than anything. I think my first pair was the Air Jordan XVs in black and silver. Once I got those, I wanted every pair of Jordans ever. Who didn&#8217;t want a pair of Jordans growing up? It&#8217;s the greatest line ever, and I wanted to be like him on the court. For my mom to stretch out and get me those, it was very special to me. Honestly, I have every pair of Jordans that ever came out now. Jordans are my main priority as far as shoes go. I have Jordans on right now. I&#8217;m not with a shoe brand right now, but I&#8217;m testing some things out.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>adidas Superstar White<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Michael Beasley<\/strong>: &#8220;I love adidas, and the all-white shell toes is one of them that got me into shoes. Just like the Uptowns, you can wear those with anything.?It&#8217;s still a classic to this day. I have so many colors of the shell toes; I literally have every color, and I wear them off-court a lot. It&#8217;s one of my favorite shoes ever.
