On October 6, 1993, the basketball world was shook when Micheal Jordan<\/strong> announced his retirement. Fans wondered would we ever see him on the court again. Sneakerheads wondered would we that be the end of the Air Jordan line. Luckily for all of us, the respective answers those inquiries were yes and no. The Air Jordan 9<\/strong> released in 1993, but the marketing campaign included fictional characters with Jordan-esque abilities. These characters are the inspiration behind the Air Jordan 9 “Kilroy” Pack<\/strong>. Each “player” was blessed with his own sneaker with the colorway commemorating their teams.
