It?s no secret that basketball shoes are booming. According to UBS<\/a>, Jordan Brand<\/strong> sales went up 89% year-over-year last week. The recent rise in b-ball sales is credited to the NBA season?s recent wrap up, although a few timely retros had to help.<\/p>\n Overall, Jordan Brand gets much of the credit for Nike?s reported 31% year-over-year gains in the US last week. The Swoosh?s self-branded sales tallied in at 19% higher year-over-year, while Converse also contributed with a 4.5% increase.<\/p>\n
