While the rest of the league is looking for the next edge of lightweight, flexible, and comfortable footwear, Sheed sticks to Air Force 1s.?? As a four time All Star, Rasheed Wallace is the only person to wear Air&#8217;s every trip to the midseason classic despite the shoes being older than many of the other players on the court.<\/p>\n<p>Rasheed did not make the cut this year, but he is long overdue receiving special All Star homage for wearing some of the best kicks on court at All Star Weekend.?? In the game Sheed put up 9 points and 4 boards with his limited time allowed on court.?? No, he didn&#8217;t get ejected, but he did get 38 technicals that year in Portland setting a new NBA record.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>2001 NBA All Star Game &#8211; Washington D.C.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sheed made sure you knew he stepped onto the court blinding fools with his red patent leather Air Force 1s.?? This pair was &#8220;just for Sheed&#8221;, but Nike wisely treated these to the public in 2004 complete with Sheed&#8217;s silhouette stitched on the side.?? Oh yeah, how could we forget, Sheed set a new record again for getting T&#8217;d up 41 times.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>2006 NBA All Star Game &#8211; Houston<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">For his third All Star Game, Rasheed came to Texas wearing a pair of Air&#8217;s that would even convert cowboys to rockin&#8217; the Swoosh.?? Ostrich skin (faux PETA) covered the toe cap and lace panels of this Air Force 1, but another nice touch was the back panel being split between red and royal with white patent finishing off the rest of the shoes.?? David Stern took the run out of the Technical Foul counting and Rasheed only got T&#8217;d up 16 times serving a one game suspension for hitting the magic number.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>2008 NBA All Star Game &#8211; New Orleans<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">For the fourth time, Rasheed Wallace made it to the big game which was hosted by the city of New Orleans.?? Like with the All Star Game in 2006, both East and West wore a special jersey for the game so Sheed hooked up a white and royal pair for the big game.?? Though Sheed played many games in the season with a special Air Max heel, for the ASG he rolled with the stock ride.??
