Be honest, if you still have your pair from 2007 you?re either nursing a creased toe box or playing the DS game. The Air Jordan 8 ?Aqua? is a colorway more than worthy for a re-retro. Released four years ago and backed by a then-blogging Kanye, the Mr. West co-sign gave the colorway all the credibility a kid who didn?t see the ?93 All-Star Game could ask for. Sales were high upon drop and popularity peaked shortly after.

Why so soon though? First, why not, and second, the Jordan 8 is one of the pre-first retirement era Jordans that does not look better with age (an opposing case can be made for the 1s, 3s, 4s, 5s, 6s). Fashion first sneakerheads love their uncanny ability to mesh with all drops and dyes of denim, OGs give the loud look a pass, and 90?s toddlers flip over the Hornets? hues. If it?s time for the 8.0s then these are ready for a second retro run. Bring ?em back!

Shoe: Air Jordan 8 Who’s down for an “Aqua” re-retro?

[1206170
1225513,1225734,1205356

2":"type-post
