You can be stubborn and say the Nike Air Force 1 and the Air Jordan Fusion 20 are basketball sneakers, but let&#8217;s be real. None of you hoop in the Nike Air Force 1 (Rasheed, if you are checking us out, we are excusing you from this comment), and I hope none of you would go to the gym with pony hair on your shoes!<\/p>\n<p>With that said, Click the jump to read the analysis of our staff picks for week 11. What was your favorite sneaker of the week?<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><!--nextpage--><br \/>\n<strong>Gabe Morford x Vans Syndicate Pack &#8211; Nick Engvall<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">My pick this week is the Half Cab from the Gabe Morford x Vans Syndicate Collab. The half cab in that simple colorway is nice and most likely rugged for it&#8217;s true intention of skateboarding. Add to that, Gabe has been an icon from my Nor Cal roots for a long time with his photography and his leading place in the fixed gear phenomenon with MASHSF. Gotta give him props on this collab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><!--nextpage--><strong>Nike Air Force 1 Granite Grey\/Red Crocodile Leather &#8211; George Kiel<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> <\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p>This week, I chose the Nike Air Force 1 Granite Grey\/Red Crocodile Leather because it reminds me of the ?? the <a href=\"\/nike-dunk-high\/\" target=\"_self\">Nike Sportswear Dunk High Black\/Charcoal Grey-Varsity Red<\/a>. From what we have seen, the Nike Air Force 1 will be dropping in some very nice colorways next year. I definitely would like to get my hands on these. The granite grey\/red combination is rarely seen on many sneakers yet it gives this sneaker a very clean look. Too many Air Force 1&#8217;s these days feature a nice colorway, however, they are complimented with a white midsole. On the contrary, the grey midsole featured on this sneaker finishes it off nicely.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><!--nextpage--><br \/>\n<strong>New Balance M850 &#8211; Matt Halfhill<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The second that I saw the New Balance M850 last July in Barcelona at Bread and Butter, I was hooked.  The shoe has an aggressive yet classic silhouette. New Balance comes correct again with a great looking shoe, extremely comfortable, constructed with incredible quality.  Can other brands take notes please?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><!--nextpage--><br \/>\n<strong>Air Jordan Fusion 20 Leopard Print &#8211; Greg Grovey<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Although these kicks are available for grade school girls only, I still believe they deserve my pick of the week. It&#8217;s just something about the use of pony hair on a shoe, such as these and the Black Friday AF1 that gets my blood pumping. The Fusions also used a leopard print liner that gives the shoe another added bit of &#8220;razzle dazzle&#8221;. This is definitely a risk on JB&#8217;s part that, I believe, paid off. When will JB use some of that beloved pony hair on a men&#8217;s shoe?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><!--nextpage--><br \/>\n<strong>UNDFTD x Converse Poorman&#8217;s Weapon &#8211; Peter Sim<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">My pick this week is the upcoming UNDFTD x Converse Poorman&#8217;s Weapon because the whole concept is fresh to death!  I don&#8217;t even rock Chucks, but I might have to make an exception for these.  The shoes are based on the MA-1 jacket with the orange inner lining and the olive or black outer.
