When you think of Air Max greats from the mid to late 90s, the Air Max 95 and Air Max 97 usually come to mind, but two model that seem to always be forgotten are the Air Max 96 and 98. The Air Max 96 has finally made a return, but as a hybrid. \nFeelings seem to be a little mixed about the return of the Air Max 96 as a hybrid. Not only does the shoe lose its chambered Air Max throughout the shoe, but there is no Air Max for the forefoot. In addition to having the new age outsole and air units, the shoes have an Air Max 90 style logo on the back. Lastly, for those who remember the Air Max 96, something that stood out were the awesome colorways. The mens version came out in only two colorways (Black\/Concord & White\/Scream Green) that were equally as aggressive as the design of the shoe’s upper.Enough of us talking, you be the judge.
