Last year sneakerheads and hoop fans dropped their jaws when Rajon Rondo and a host of other top guards debuted Nike’s newest sneaker months before it’d hit the market. Ten years ago Jason Williams, Damon Stoudemire, and Derek Fisher did the same thing in the Nike Air Hyperflight<\/strong>. While the Hyperflight may not have performed on court as well as the Hyperfuse, it was certainly a neck-breaker. Dipped in numerous patent leather makeups, the Hyperflight was the flashiest sneaker during the game’s most over the top period. This June will mark a decade since the Alpha Project standout dropped. Don’t worry, we won’t hoop in them this go round.
