#10 – Nike Air Max 90 “Infrared”

Alright, the waiting time for this shoe wasn’t that long, but the demand and resale prices would make virtually anyone broke. There are few Air Max shoes quite as classic as the “Infrared” Nike Air Max 90. What other brightly colored kicks came back this year? Check the next page.

#9 – Nike Air Tech Challenge II

Andre Agassi fans went wild upon finding out the re-release date of this classic. Unlike the Air Tech Challenge 3/4 we saw in 2007, Nike got things right making sure the colors were on point and bright. Almost as good as the shoes themselves, some boutiques like Goodfoot and Leaders put together some matching accessories that was insane.

#8 – Nike Zoom Flight ’95

Re-releasing this classic sneaker seemed a little more valuable than the others since Jason Kidd decided to ‘peak’ his head into another brand.?? The Zoom Flight had a bit of history attached to it being the first basketball sneaker to sport Nike Zoom Air as well as being on the feet of that young kid who shared the Rookie of the Year award with Mr. Hill.

We would like??to see Kidd hooping in these again, but I guess he moved on to bigger and better things…not!

#7 – Fila Ninety6

From reading your comments, the Fila Ninety6 was a fan favorite when it was re-released just recently. Although Fila released this classic in some funky colors, we cannot deny how enthused we all were when this OG colorway hit the web again.?? Unfortunately Fila is not able to name the shoes for who sported them in ’96, but after that “troublesome” year and injury, Grant eventually left Fila for another label.

#6 – Nike Air Pippen

It was only a matter of time for this legend.?? We had seen the Pippen IIs as well as a number of Uptempos Scottie made famous for years leading up to ’08.?? Although Pippen’s sneakers were overlooked by that guy on his team that wore #23 (if you’re trying to figure it out…hang yourself), Scottie still had some classics. Nevertheless, your comments said that you were pleased with this re-release; therefore, this was one of Nike best moves.

#5 – Air Jordan 4 Black/Red

Many of you labeled this sneaker a top 5 sneaker of all time; therefore, we were very thankful the 4/19 pack dropped (and not because of the 19). Originally released in the 1988-89 season, this sneaker basically held the aforementioned CDP by itself. If you think about it, most of us purchased this pack just for these!

#4 – Reebok Pump Omni Lite ‘Dee Brown’

Don’t you remember Dee Brown pumping these up before take-off? Many of you didn’t even recognize this sneaker until we showed you Dee Brown dunking blindfolded. This sneaker was originally released in 1991, and 17 years later they are still remembered mostly because of the dunk. Nevertheless, a great classic that returned in its original form.

#3 – Nike Air Penny II

The Nike Air Penny 2 is arguably the best basketball sneaker of all time. When we gave you word of the re-release of these, the comment section went crazy (and rightfully so). While we wish Penny still had the talent and mobility he once possessed, we will be just fine with his classics…thanks Lil’ Penny!

#2 – Air Jordan 6 “Carmine”

Jordan has dropped many retros over the years, but until 2008, only one original color has ever had a second chance (Black/Infrared).?? For months there were rumors that we would see another shoe in Black/Red for the Jordan 6 representative, but thankfully for many of us, Jordan Brand gave us a dose of Carmine (no Gotti).???? And what could possibly be better than the Carmines….?

#1 – Air Jordan 3 Black/Cement

Is there any other sneaker that had been so anticipated than this classic? Although the best Countdown Pack has yet to drop, this sneaker is the only one of all the re-released Jordan sneakers that can hold the price of a CDP by itself. From reading your comments, many of you dubbed the Air Jordan 3 as the most anticipated sneaker this year…so far.

Now its up to you to decide.?? Which of these 10 are you most thankful for returning?
