Two Nikes, two Vans and a lone upcoming Air Jordan make up this week’s round of Staff Picks. Clearly the team was all over the map the last few days, with everything from Hawaiian Authentics to neutral grey Nikes being selected. If you pay attention to this column weekly, you can probably guess who chose those. Check out our favorites from this week and let us know what you liked best in the comments section.

George Kiel III

Colors are supposed to come alive in the spring time, but I like to keep it grey based year round. This medium grey AM90 is just what I need for the spring/summer season. Grey leather, grey mesh and minimal white hints combine nicely on this iconic silhouette.

Nike Air Max 90 “Medium Grey”

Alex Kroviak

The “Honey” colorway of this shoe that released maybe two months ago is far and away my favorite shoe of 2011, so this new look immediately spoke to me. These aren’t quite as nice, but are beautiful nonetheless. I don’t know how many times I have to to say before naysayers come around, but Taka Hayashi is a genius.

Taka Hayashi for Vans Vault Sk8-Hi LX Nomad

Blue and orange Eras are definitely on my radar. Lei optional though, keep it business casual.

Vans Vault “Aloha” Pack

Albert Lin

Originally I was not a fan of the fuse technology on the Dunkman. I felt that the fuse material ruined the paneling on the V.1s and V.2s but after seeing these additional photos on feet, the Nike LeBron 8 Dunkman might just be a pair I pick-up this April.

Nike LeBron 8 PS “Dunkman”

Greg Grovey

Jordan Brand is really hitting us over the head with heat this year! These 2011s are not only functional for the court, but look fresh off the court, as well. The red and the grey come together well to make this a beautiful shoe that will probably be my first Air Jordan 2011 pickup.

Air Jordan 2011 Grey/Red

Two Nikes, two Vans and a lone upcoming Air Jordan make up this week’s round of Staff Picks.
