Gilbert Arenas has been nothing less than intriguing and amazing in this season’s Kicks On Court. From rocking Dolce & Gabanna in LA to lacing up the Nike Air Diamond Turf ’96 on MLK Day, the basketball player formerly known as Agent Zero has been inspected by all sneaker enthusiasts this season. Last night, he and the Magic played their last game before NBA All-Star Weekend. Throughout the first half of the 2010-2011 NBA season, Arenas has rocked a whopping 39 different pairs of sneakers. Recently, the Orlando Magic handed the Los Angeles Lakers one of their worst losses of the season on national television. Gilbert Arenas somewhat blended in with the yellow throwback jerseys of the Lakers by rocking this Air Jordan 11 Low IE White\/Varsity Maize-Azure. It was the second Air Jordan 11 Low IE of the season for him.<\/p>\n

The “Ice Blue” Air Jordan 10 was one of the first re-releases of MJ’s 10th signature sneaker back in the summer of 2005. Sadly, Arenas went ‘ice cold’ in this game against the Trail Blazers. He shot 5-15 from the field, charted five turnovers and had six fouls. It’s okay, Arenas. You won us over with the sneaker selection.

Originally released in 1996, the Nike Air More Uptempo returned this past December to many sneaker enthusiast’s excitement. Arenas grabbed a pair and wore his retros just a week after it showed up in stores. He logged one of his better games of the season scoring 20 points and dishing out six assists against the Knicks.<\/p>\n

The Orlando Magic pulled out their throwback, black pinstriped jerseys for a long road trip in mid-January. Although the jersey’s color scheme is black\/royal-white, Arenas laced up the Black\/University Blue Air Jordan 14 to accompany his uniform. Does it match perfectly? No. Is this one of his better selections? Yes.<\/p>\n

Arenas paid tribute to Grant Hill, one of the better players to enter the NBA (when healthy), by wearing the Fila Grant Hill. Hill wore this signature model during his rookie season in 1994-95. Although many would agree that the Fila Ninety6 was Hill?s most popular shoe, this Fila Grant Hill was well-received too.<\/p>\n

The “Military Blue ” Air Jordan 4, which originally released in 1989, was the last original colorway of MJ’s fourth signature sneaker. It later retroed in 2006.<\/p>\n

Although Brandon Jennings is the lead endorser of Under Armour Basketball, Gilbert Arenas garnered a lot of attention for the brand when he debuted this white\/blue Under Armour Micro G Supreme in mid-December for one half. We recall some of you stating that it was a better-looking sneaker than the Black Ice. Since then, we have not seen this sneaker appear in any retailers. Who else wants to see Under Armour release this shoe?<\/p>\n

#11 Air Jordan 5 Black\/University Blue<\/h3>\n

While it is not an exact match, we do not mind seeing him in sneakers such as the Air Jordan 5 Black\/Silver-University Blue on a nightly basis.<\/p>\n

Gilbert Arenas helped the Magic win their seventh straight win while wearing the beloved Reebok Question. Arenas chose to rock the royal blue\/white-gold Question to coincide with the Magic jerseys. Originally released in 1996, the Hexalite-cushioned Reebok Question was Allen Iverson?s first signature model and is undoubtedly the most popular shoe in his extensive signature line.<\/p>\n

Gilbert Arenas took a lot of shine away from rookie John Wall with this sneaker selection. Wall debuted the “Gold Rush” Reebok Zig Slash in his first game at The Garden. However, was he outdone by Arenas and his “Bin 23” Air Jordan 9? Not at all. We actually applaud Arenas for matching his former fellow backcourt mate in regards to kicks. Arenas also wore this sneaker on Christmas Day.<\/p>\n

After debuting the aforementioned Under Armour Micro G Supreme in the first half of the Washington Wizards vs New Jersey Nets game, Gilbert Arenas laced up the Air Jordan 6 Low White\/University Blue in the second half. Jordan Brand released this sneaker, along with one other Air Jordan 6 Low, in 2002 for guys only. It is arguably one of the better Air Jordan 6 colorways low-top or not.<\/p>\n

Why is the red “Toro Bravo” Air Jordan 5 so high on the list when it breaks all matching rules? Gilbert Arenas showed his support for World AIDS Day by rocking this shoe at the beginning of December. NBA courts were graced with a limitless amount of red Hyperfuses, Hyperdunk 2010s and Zig Slashs; yet, Arenas still stood out with these.<\/p>\n

Arenas’ tribute was more black and yellow (Wiz Khalifa-like). He shockingly wore the trainer-ready, Deion Sanders endorsed Nike Air Diamond Turf Max ’96 and stuck out like a sore thumb. At least he tried.<\/p>\n

Although his game didn’t bring back memories of Hardaway (two points, five fouls), the Air Max Penny I and his jersey #1 definitely reminded us of Lil’ Penny.<\/p>\n
