As we inch closer and closer to the 2011 NBA All-Star Weekend, more photos of the respective players’ footwear will continue to surface on the web. In addition to the Nike Zoom KD III and Nike Air Max 360 BB Low “All-Star”, we now have extremely detailed photos of LeBron James and Kobe Bryant’s All-Star Game footwear. Bryant’s “All-Star” Kobe VI features a scaly, snakeskin-like upper colored in challenge red\/white-black, while LBJ’s Nike LeBron 8 V2 “All-Star” possesses a treasure blue\/black-white. One of the more interesting features on these shoes is the one-of-a-kind, lenticular material on the uppers. In detail, this material is placed in key areas throughout the shoe (mainly the tongue) to create the illusion of three-dimensional moving images. On the Nike Zoom Kobe VI, Kobe?s logo morphs into the West graphic, and on the LeBron 8 V2, the East graphic morphs into LeBron?s iconic lion symbol.<\/p>\n
Both shoes will available at select spots on February 17, 2011. The Kobe VI will retail for $135, and the LeBron 8 V2 is priced at $165.<\/p>\n
