Nike Air Max LeBron VII “Cool Grey”

Released: 2010

The “Dunkman” and “All-Star” colorways of the Nike Air Max LeBron VIIs are considered the best formations of LeBron’s seventh signature shoe, but this “Cool Grey” version is definitely top five. Although there is no trace of “Cool Grey” patent leather, the film-like material on the toe box intrigued many. Also, the grey tinted Flywire design is a nice quality on this LeBron VII.

Air Jordan 3 “Cool Grey”

The primarily suede base is offset cement print of the same color on the heel and toe.

Jordan 16.5 “Cool Grey”

Nike Air Penny IV “Cool Grey”

Released: 2003

Although Penny’s line is known for the Black/Varsity Royal kicks, this signature collection featured a very nice “Cool Grey” sneaker in the form of the Nike Air Penny IV. The Air Penny IV model is probably the least popular of the four signatures, but this particular pair is very nice.

Nike Air Bakin’ “Cool Grey”

Released: 2008

If you recall, the Nike Air Bakin’ was recalled in 1998 when Arab-American groups thought that the way ?Air? was written on the shoe looked too similar to ?Allah? written in Arabic. Yet, this beloved Nike Basketball sneaker returned towards the later part of the 200s in some very nice colorways including this “Cool Grey” edition. Today, it is hard to find any colorways of the Nike Air Bakin’ for sale.

Nike Hyperdunk Low “Cool Grey”

Jordan Spizike “Cool Grey”

Asics Gel Lyte III Snkrs Day 2.0

Although the boss Matt Halfhill didn’t want us to include the Asics Gel Lyte III Snkrs Day 2.0 in this feature, how could we not? We are very unbiased, but this is one of the best “Cool Grey” releases of the year. In 2010, we saw a plethora of “Cool Grey” kicks and asics Gel Lyte IIIs, therefore, this release stands as the ‘best of both worlds’ within the past 12 months. Did you purchase a pair in October?

Air Jordan 4 “Cool Grey”

Released: 2004

The “Cool Grey” color scheme was extremely hot during the first half of the 2000s thanks to the original release of the “Cool Grey” Air Jordan 11s in 2001. Three years later, Jordan Brand applied the beloved colorway on the Air Jordan 4. The Varsity Maize visible Air sole unit/tongue logo gives the shoe a subtle secondary element.

Nike Air Force 1 Mid “Cool Grey”
