Today?s The Good, the Bad & the Ugly features a tribute to World AIDS Day, a new variation of the Nike Air Max 95 and recently-released New Balance collaboration. See the position each sneaker holds in our weekly feature below. What was your personal good, bad and ugly this week?<\/p>\n
\nIt is always nice to see brands provide their players with special PEs that raise awareness for a good cause. This past Wednesday, Nike, adidas, Reebok and other brands provided their members will all-red kicks for World AIDS Day. Sneakers such as the Nike Zoom Hyperfuse, the Reebok Zig Slash and the adidas Beast Commander were all seen in red makeups on the court whether the respective jerseys matched or not. At a first glance, these Nike Air Max 95s contain no distinctive value; however, after studying this photo, you will notice the reverse Nike logos on these shoes. In detail, The ?AIRMAX? logo, customarily seen on the tongue of the Air Max 95, has been swapped with the Swoosh which is normally seen on the ankle panel. This is a great concept, but they look more like a mishap at the assembly line than a new concept.<\/p>\n

It seems as if this New Balance 820 has way too much going on in regards to the upper. First of all, the color scheme is kind of peculiar, especially for the winter season. Also, the unique, black\/yellow design, seen on the midfoot, collar and toe box, should have been stored away in the New Balance factory. Not cool.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
