The holiday season always gives us great kicks, and this week was as generous as any other with its selection of sneaks. We asked each of the Snkrs Day staffers which shoe they liked best from the past few days and you may be surprised by the results. From Jordans to New Balances, a wide variety of kicks made this installment of Staff Picks. Which was your favorite? Head to the comments section and let us know.

Matt Halfhill

Shame on every fan in the Quicken Loans arena chanting, ‘Scottie Pippen’, implying that he was anything less of historic or amazing.

Last time I checked the man won six rings and lead our country to gold twice in the OIympics. That is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.

The Air More Uptempos didn’t have Scottie’s name or number on the box or the upper, but ask anyone, young and old, these shoes were the Pippens.

Nike Air More Uptempo Black/White

Allison Halfhill

While I agree with most of the comments about the leather quality not living up to the OG or even 2003 standards, these are still my all-time favorite Jordans and I am happy to see them return. Hopefully they will come in a 9C so that both Lil’ Halfhills can rock them.

Air Jordan 3 White/Cement Grey

George Kiel

I love when Nike applies an all-black, murdered out color scheme to LeBron’s signature sneakers. The all-black versions of the Zoom LeBron VI and the Air Max LeBron VII were among my favorite and this is easily my favorite LeBron 8 color scheme so far.

Nike LeBron 8 Black/Anthracite

Alex Kroviak

This is my second time picking this shoe as my staff pick because in all honesty, it’s on my top ten list for this year. It’s super high quality, easy to wear (but still loaded with details) and the easily one of the best New Balances of 2010.

Burn Rubber x New Balance MT580

Ian Stonebrook

Last year I was a day late and $130 short on the “Chaos” Kobe Vs. This year will be different.

Nike Zoom Kobe VI “Chaos”

Greg Grovey

We have seen a plethora of Air Max 1 colorways as of late, but none as eye-catching as this one. The simple color blocking on these shoes makes them a good look without taking the attention off the classic silhouette. Nice job, Nike!

Nike Air Max 1 White/Teal-Red

The holiday season always gives us great kicks, and this week was as generous as any other with its selection…

[742
1225545

2":"type-post
