Two years later the brand has unveiled a proper lineup headlined by Jennings&#8217; signature and a dark horse favorite, the <strong>Under Armour Micro G Blur<\/strong>. Sleek design and familiar styling make them easy on the eyes, but would they perform on the court? Read on to find out.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_133566\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-133566\" style=\"width: 620px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-133566\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Performance Review: Under Armour Micro G Blur<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Strengths:<\/strong> The Micro G cushioning feels great. These are a shoe you won&#8217;t want to take off as the cushioning is light, soft, and supportive. Under Armour&#8217;s knowledge of quality performance materials shows through on this silo as well. With many brands in a race to get lower and lighter, UA puts together a soft and sturdy sneaker that still feels like a shoe all while weighing in at an impressive 13.8 ounces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Weaknesses:<\/strong> The forefoot lockdown could definitely be improved. A snug and secure toe box is essential for court feel and first step. As a guard shoe they could perform much better in this department. Lateral reaction is another area that&#8217;s lacking. These shoes are great front to back but not that great side to side. A spot up shooter or big man might feel right at home, but a picky guard will have their?qualms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview: <\/strong>All in all the Under Armour Micro G Blur is a solid debut and the best shoe at its price point. Sleek design and choice materials make these easy on the eyes and Micro G cushioning makes them easy on your foot. Lockdown issues may torment some players but aside from that flaws are hard to find. At $80 these are a great deal and a good pickup for indoor or outdoor hoops.
