In this week’s Staff Picks, a wide variety of brands are represented. From Jordans to Newbies and on over to Reebok, they’re all here. For example, one writer took to a ladies’ AJ13, while shop manager Greg grew fond of a 10 Deep collaboration. Flip through our picks and then head down to the comments section and let us know which shoe was your favorite from the past few days.

Matt Halfhill

This shoe stook out to me for a number of reasons this week. ?I like the low profile sole, the lightweight and minimalist build, and a full length color on the sole. ?I am sure these will be a bit of a hunt, but I’ve already started.

adidas Originals Run Softwear

Allison Halfhill

I have been on a Lunar kick lately and what usually attracts me to them are the crazy colored midsoles. ?This model of the Lunar Swift seems to be a more “mature” version and in my opinion cements the LunarSwift as a Nike staple that will be here for years to come.

Nike N7 LunarSwift Black/White-Challenge Red

George Kiel III

It’s great to see adidas finally supply their better brand members with signature models. I have been really impressed with the adidas adiZero Rose, specifically its branding areas and coloways. The University Red adidas adiZero Rose is easily my favorite so far. I would love to see the Bulls pull the black pinstripe jerseys out and Rose wear this pair to match.

adidas adiZero Rose University Red/Black

Alex Kroviak

Burn Rubber cooked up something tasty with this one. This shoe is perfect in a lot of ways, but what I appreciate most is the overall attention to detail. It’s supper clean, but the 3M heel, orange eyelet and of course, the argyle liner, set this shoe apart. Premium nubuck doesn’t hurt, either.

Burn Rubber x New Balance MT580BR

Ian Stonebrook

The One Man Band Man’s life really is crazy, like Obama. Swizzy’s a man of high taste from his beats, to his bride, to his Basquiats. His good eye and appreciation of art come through on his collaboration with Reebok. Reminiscent of 90s basketball silos eerily close to Kamikaze’s and EQT models, this Swizz sneak brings new life to the Zig fueled brand. Game time!

Swizz Beats x Reebok Preview

Albert Lin

My staff pick this week is the Air Jordan 13 in white, grey, and pink. This pair, though only available in girls sizes, is one of the best new Air Jordan colorways of the year. I am not usually a big Air Jordan 13 fan but this particular yeezy-like color scheme will definitely make its way into my closet if large enough sizes are available.

Air Jordan 13 White/Grey-Pink

Greg Grovey

PRO-Keds has always been known for its classic kicks, and this one is no exception. Classic style from PRO-Keds, plus a hint of modern style from 10 deep, equals a winner.

10 Deep x PRO-Keds Royal Hi Preview

Sid Ashford

Still feeling bitter I missed out on the Black, Olive, and Navy versions of the UNDFTD x Converse Poorman Weapons, I’ll breathe a huge sigh of relief upon the release of the UNDFTD Poorman Weapon’s in its grey colorway. Staying consistent with the details that made me fall in love with the first few editions are the orange inner-lining and UNDFTD five strike logo placed on the sole. This is the result of two great brands perfectly executing a “series.”

UNDFTD x Converse Poorman Weapon

In this week’s Staff Picks, a wide variety of brands are represented.
