Throughout the years, Kevin Durant has honored his late aunt Pearl who passed away from lung cancer in 2001. The pink shade, which represents a symbol of support and solidarity in the fight against cancer, has appeared on a slew of his signatures, including the KD 3, KD 14, and KD 16.

Now, the Nike KD 4 “Aunt Pearl” is set to make its triumphant return. The pair will sport the same pink hue with contrasting black Swooshes arriving on the ankle straps. Rounding out the final design cues are the pearl decorative motives on the ankles and tongues. The pair is finished off with Durant’s insignia, a special logo on the tongues that represents Aunt Pearl and Kay Yow, as well as a special message emblazoned on the inside of the strap.

The Nike KD 4 “Aunt Pearl” will be released on October 25, 2024, via Nike.com and select retailers for $130. Keep it locked to our Sneaker Release Dates Calendar for updates.
